Been buying off this company for several years now and always top draw for equipment, service & aftercare technical support. I can't ever recall having had to return a faulty item before but it happened (a one off I'm sure) this week. RMA was raised by technical on Friday, we sent the package back Monday and with updates all the way - new camera replacement arrived this morning. Highly recommended this business.

Like working with comen rogue traders and do nothing about it. Tell you there cameras look great and do nothing about it because your contracts with a rogue trader But that's OK, because your selling your CCTV on and dont care about the decent jo blogs buying them because your warranty sits with the conman Also, telling me colour looks ok when it looks like grey roof tiles and there red tile hmmmmm OK..... think you need to go specsavers
