Having been in agency myself previously I can honestly say that Luxon does everything they say, and more. If you want a professional service at a time that suits you, this is the estate agent to use. Never go for the cheaper online agents, they couldn’t care less about you. The team here work so hard to keep a sale together and will always strive for a solution to suit everyone. They really do earn their money, and they will seriously change any preconceived idea you have about estate agents. Luxon have got it right.

Luxon Real Estate will always get my vote and I both have and will recommend them to anybody. When I first met Craig I was having a really rough time, selling my house was the last thing I wanted to be doing. He took the time to talk me through the whole process, he stuck true to his word always and made the whole experience 10x less stressful then it could have been. Communication was absolutely spot on, Craig would literally reply day or night and never made me feel like a burden. I didn’t always make his job easy and my situation was incredibly complicated but none of it ever phased him. Craig went above and beyond for me and still continues to help with advice on my onward journey even though it’s of no financial gain to him. Whenever I have passed his details on to friends/family he has always been able to assist them and they are always of the same view as me. There is no better. For an industry that has such a bad reputation for customer service Luxon Real Estate really are a rare find and one you’d be stupid to pass up on.

In what seems to be a touch market, and other agents thinking they are the best and offering cheap fees I can see through all of that. Craig was on a completely different level than the rest, it wasn’t about selling my house it was about selling “my home” which really resonated with me and it felt like he cared me and my situation. You pay premium prices for items like apple products, Rolex’s or fancy cars and with Luxon you definitely get a premium service by using Craig. Would definitely recommend Craig and Luxon to anyone. Don’t mess with the rest, just use Luxon and get the best.

With so many estate agents to choose from sometimes it can be hard to decide on which one to go with. I had a few of the big names in estate agency round to value my property. I hadn’t heard of Luxon Real Estate before but I thought I would give them a chance as there fees were very competitive. I am so glad I did!! Craig came round to value my home and after having the big name agents round I knew straight away I wanted to go with Luxon. With the other agents I felt like just another house on their books. That wasn’t the case with Luxon, Craigs professionalism and service blew the other agents out of the water. Luxon didn’t just want to sell my home they wanted to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. And that they did; I was provided with updates throughout my house sale and they we’re always at the end of the phone if I needed them. I don’t usually write reviews but the service I received from Luxon real estates was the best I have ever received from an estate agency and I am glad to see a new company like this that really cares about its customers!!
