Really great landlord. Their responsive and they act quickly when you need any maintenance or support. Their proactive and will carry out improvements to the property to keep it in good condition as they genuinely care about its upkeep and keeping it modern. Tom and Suzie are really friendly.

Been with Luxome for just over two weeks and I've had a really good experience so far. They really care about their tenants living comfortably and deal with any issues raised very quickly. I've dealt with some difficult landlords in the past, but Luxome have been a pleasure to live with. Our Property Manager Suzie is great too, she has often checked in with me during my first few weeks to make sure I've settled in okay, and is always easy to get hold of if any issues arise. Highly recommend! 👍

We chose Luxome for the second year in a row and so glad that we stayed. All the staff at Luxome have been so great which we felt from the very beginning of Tom showing us around the house, to Suzie dealing with any issues we have. I recently had an issue with the sockets in my room and Suzie was extremely helpful, as always, and sent an electrician (who was so lovely) straight away. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for student housing, Luxome have set the bar too high for us with their services
