    I went to this place to get my nails done. I wanted to cry. The guy who made my nails shaped them unevenly and most of the nails are crooked. I told him several times that i don‘t like the shape and that he should do it over and he said he couldn‘t and proceeded to make it worse. I really did not like how they treated me in there and I will definitely not return and don’t recommend anyone going there.

    I was quoted a price on Instagram and was then charged more once I came to pay, “manager” was incredibly rude, unprofessional and threatened to call the police if I did not pay the higher amount, 0 customer service skills will not be booking again although I was a regular customer and have recommended many people in the past.

    Got a haircut here, told them exactly what I wanted (I have short hair - slightly longer in the front, slightly shorter in the back), guy left my hair longer in the back and much shorter in the front (when I'd physically demonstrated how long I wanted it in the front). I asked for a wash and cut only, he said since my hair was short he had to blowdry or he wouldn't be able to tell where it is uneven (???). Anyway, had to pay for the blow dry too and now need to wait for my hair to grow out to get someone else to fix the mess he's made.

    Horrible experience getting eyebrows threading done. The guy couldn’t do it with thread instead he plucked it and he cut my skin from one side . I then gave the feed back to owner but he also ignored The main issue is that there staff doesn’t understand english. Not a good place for beauty

    Really nice beauty salon on the first floor, Tina did my nails on Friday evening, was quick and efficient, good selection of nailpaints and the book online option is really user friendly, was lucky to get a same day appointment on a Friday, thanks will be visiting again when am in the neighbourhood again
