Don’t expect much support once Stephen has had your money. We flagged an issue with our black taps flaking, took well over a year to get a response and then came and did half a job leaving the bath controls unchanged and loose because the plumber had brought the wrong fittings. Has ignored all emails since. Charges top money without the aftercare! You’ll get blocked on social media too for any criticism.
