A terrible experience as a trade customer. First time ordering from Luxair and instead if paying an excessive £100 on an express delivery for an item worth a few hundred, I opted for a delivery which stated "up to 14 days". As a business owner myself, I know where items are across my supply chain but calling this company after a week for an update so I can plan the week ahead across multiple projects, the lady (rudely) regurgitated "up to 14 days". No further indication to enable another business to organise themselves. Explains why they are highly unorganised themselves. Will be staying away from them where ever possible.

Very poor service. Do not waste money on the site survey. They don’t look at anything and just say they’ll only replace like for like. In response to Luxair, we had a site survey a few months back booked under my partner’s name. I don’t need you to investigate further, we did try to have a conversation with you after the event but to no avail. This is a review so that people know to do a bit more research before parting with a considerable amount of money. I totally understand why you charge so much, your engineer is travelling a long way across the country to do these surveys. However if you can just look at a room without any tools or investigating further, then perhaps you could look at the pictures you were provided prior to booking and save potential customers £70.

Bought the stainless steel Lusso 120 cm canopy hood for over £800, despite there being several other cost-effective options available on the market. It is a fingerprint magnet and is horrendous to clean. So much so that when the office manager saw pictures of the hood, she immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was scratched and dented!! She then patronised us even further by ‘explaining’ how stainless steel works! Currently involved in a nightmare process trying to swap it for another one, despite raising the issue with them within 24 hours of delivery. If this is the quality of customer support and service from sales, I shudder to think what they will be like if there are any issues with the item. Also, they insist on 20 cm ducting (not industry standard), yet don’t stock this themselves. None of the products are British made either.

Poor customer service. Called up to try and arrange a repair. The representative was very unhelpful and difficult. Got a response from the company owner who was even worse. I can't recommend this company and I've chosen to buy my next hood elsewhere. There is no need to treat people like they do.

Moved into a house with a beautiful Lux Air Hood. The motor was having some issues after around 6 years, so I contacted them to get a replacement. Service was great, they had a replacement that would retro fit & sent it within a couple of days via DPD. I had some issues installing & when I called I was able to speak to the engineer directly who talked me through the solution. Great service, Thank you.

Had my kitchen done about 1.5 years ago, the extractor was the most difficult decision. Our kitchen designer wasn’t much help. I called luxair but found the customer service non existent. I bought a slimline white light extractor. Anyway, now I have decided to remove this, it’s very noisy and zero extraction. I should have bought a Bora.
