We hired a 16 Seat Mercedes Sprinter minibus to take family members from the Hotel where they were staying to the Wedding Ceremony, in 2 trips ,which needed to be carefully timed. We chose Lux as we wanted a local family run business that was professional.Our contact Svetlana was well organised and answered all our email and phone enquiries promptly, including handling a late change of plan, e-mailing details for me to confirm and phoning me on the day to provide me with contact details for the driver. The driver arrived in good time, the vehicle was spotlessly clean and well maintained and everyone was delivered according to our plan! I am a wedding planner and used Lux Wedding Car Hire to get some guests from a London hotel to Marylebone Town Hall. I cannot fault the service - Svetlana was in constant contact and made me feel reassured that everything would go smoothly on the day and it did! Marylebone can be a little tricky in terms of dropping of guests and collecting, but not with Lux Wedding Hire!
