Chantal is so friendly and professional! I went in for a back facial for the first time ever as I always struggled with a bit of back acne and the treatment was so relaxing. She really de-clogged my pores and tended to my skin issues. A few days after it looked clearer already, I will definitely return to maintain and also try some treatments for my face!

Sadly, LUX has closed down. I met the proprietor on a number of occasions who is a charming lady. I am sad that a highly thought of business has closed in these difficult times. Now appears to have been replaced by what seems to be a Thai massage parlour. I shall say no more.
