    The whole experience of buying the ring was made perfect by Orhan and his colleagues. They helped us feel comfortable, Orhan was patient and explained everything in detail on qualities of a diamond and allowed us to customise the engagement ring to how we wanted it and gave his input to what would look better.     I cannot recommend Luvore Diamonds enough. The service and experience from start to finish has been both enjoyable and exceptional. Ehsan really took the time to create an experience for us as he educated us on diamonds and allowed us to create my now fiancee dream ring. During the process he was patient (we went back a few times and consulted over WhatsApp where him and the team always responded). During this time he was never pushy and we could see he genuinely cared. We did look at other places but we were always drawn back to Luvore as they had developed our trust and provided us with quality service and a great price. Ehsan was very friendly and welcoming walked me through all the options and wasn't overly pushy like I had experienced previously in Hatton garden. The shop was very clean and all staff helpful from the beginning. They had many ring designs and diamonds to pick from and really helped narrow down my options.
