I would give zero stars if I could. Booked from Heathrow for a fixed price. The taxi was 45 mins late even though I booked 8hours earlier from Chicago and we were put on a meter. When I asked the guy why we were on a meter as I had been told a fixed price at the time of bookingtold me to phone the office. I called the office and asked for a fixed price as I usually had one. The young man on the phone said I was confused as they have never done this this company have done fixed prices before. I said I will leave at our first stop of he was unwilling to do a fixed price. When we got to our first stop we got out and the driver became annoyed I explained that as we had not been given a fixed price as I was told we would get we had booked another compy. He still did not offer a fixed price. The young man on the phone called up and called me a tramp! When I asked him did you just call me a tramp he said yes because you are acting like one! I am discusted. Not just by the 45 min wait but being lied to as initial being told the taxi was near by. And then the discusting behaviour I have never been spoken too like this. I will be making a formal complaint to Luton council for this as they have said they are a hackney cab. Shame on you! In response to your accusing me of leaving a fake review I have all the proof on my phone of the calls to and from your company and the CCTV of your driver outside my first stop. I also have a photo of the car as I always take one before getting in to a taxi. Just apologize!
