    Awful service. Your first point of call people on the phone need serious GDPR training and to not shout at clients. I was called after a domestic incident and that woman made me feel worse than the person who had tried to cause distress. I have tried to call to talk to someone about the lack of understanding of your own service but no one answering the phone. I have no choice but to air my views here. In that situation women need gentle tender offers of support not "support" shoved down their throats. Forcefull and controlling through fear comes to mind. The exact things you should be helping people get away from
