The manger behind in the shop had to be the least helpful person lacking every little level of professionalism. Would highly recommend not to attend here until he is sacked or leaves. The worst customer service ive recieved by an individual ever. The matter was simply asking for a refund on a pizza that was 2 hours late. He not only said he couldnt help with a refund. But did nothing to compensate our group of 15 for waiting around and missing game play that was booked for the whole day.. We only managed to play 4 out of 8 games we paid for due to waiting around for food. Everyone in our group hadnt eat all day till 3pm. We order food before 11am as instructed by there staff to have pizza's. Lunch was supposed to be at 1pm Iv seen some level of bad service in the past. But saying that this was the most shocking is a massive understatement. He single handedly ruined the whole experience for our group and others waiting for food to.
