One of the worst parking I ever experienced not only the guy was drunk or on drugs receiving the car he also messed up the booking making me arguing with whoever was on the phone and paying extra as it was all messed up by the guy who received the booking on arrival. The staff on the phone arguing and very unprofessional. Guys seriously pay extra and DO NOT USE THIS PARKING SERVICE.

Absolute shambles. Tried phoning the number answer phone no reply. Had to pay for parking myself called Heathrow who gave me the number for Birmingham who had no other number for Luton. On return they have told me that I will not be refunded as someone was there to answer the phone. Please take note of this feedback and do not use this service.
