Angry resident :( getting out of my apartment can be dangerous and nearly got run over because of the blind spots created by nuisance parking. No management at by the council in controlling this problem even though they claim they would do something to enforce this problem. As a recent review suggests a free for all for parking. Someone is going to get run over injured or a fatality before the cancel do something unfortunately. This is area is getting busy and ongoing issue but these things fall on deaf ears with promises. (location Stirling drive, Kimpton Rd)

Luton borough council is genuinely thief. I really don't know what do they do with all these money they collect from council. You call them and even to get the the main switch board takes you 10 minutes and when they transfer you to a department take 45 minutes as if you don't have anything else to do. Luton council probably the only one did not gave any discount to any of the residents rather they have increased council tax every year. Almost same as London Borough maybe even more.

Parking issues on Stirling drive/Kimpton rd. not addressed- A free for all. Airport traffic blocked pavements nuisance and dangerous parking only going to get worse. Council not doing anything in terms of patrols. Double parked, come on down and join in the fun!

Alice in admin for legals gave me the worst customer service I have ever received, put me on hold in the middle of trying to finish my sentence, referring me departments I am asking her not to, and hanging up the phone on me when I'm telling her I don't like the level of service she is providing. someone really needs to listen into these recorded phone calls.

Housing team absolutely no help, rude, spoken over and unapologetically awful. Application closed prematurely without any contact. I understand they deal with this for a living and are desensitised, but most people have never dealt with anything like this before and in a time that you are so vulnerable the lack of care, compassion and overall argumentative nature was outstanding - absolutely not anything I would have ever expected to have dealt with via a council. @Luton Council, you need to work on training your team to have compassion and empathy. The law is the law when it comes to homelessness, but the delivery and argumentative responses are not warranted!
