Lovely friendly staff, comfortable and reassuring environment, and pretty efficient. I was there right on the scheduled time and was in for screening almost immediately then straight into the donation chair. Food and drinks afterwards are great. The person who did my donation was excellent and left me with no bruise at all. It was a little cold when I went so I recommend warm clothes that still allow loose access to your arm. Also there is no car park so make sure you plan for that if you're driving.

Unfriedly female staff, talking down to me, not realizing actual REALITY. Should show respect, not talking to people like cattle. NOT coming back, that is for sure...

Won’t take all 10 pints. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Quick and easy donation of only 1 pint of blood. The staff informed me they’re unable to take all 10 pints as requested, which is mildly disappointing.

I've donated platelets three times here now. Always the same experience, a thorough pre screen and then really well looked after throughout the donation process. Really friendly team and a relaxed atmosphere.

My daughter gave blood, they were very friendly and helpful staff. So proud of my daughter, she has a fear of needles but she's still managed to give blood 10 times.
