I've been coming here for around 8 years or more now and I have to say Mr Nath is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. He is really patient and caring, my children have autism and he is so understanding and patient with us all. Would really recommend to everyone, very knowledgeable in dental work and his associates and reception staff are very polite too. Never have any issues getting an appointment or an emergency appointment, staff are more than happy to book us in.

Wanted to thank all the team here, I haven’t had any bad experience so far. The receptionists are nice, the dental nurses are all good and Dr Chan is always good at handling my nerves around teeth.

Me and my brother went here today for the first time and the dentist was nice enough. Me and my brother hated it.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. They are always friendly and helpful on the reception. Appointments are easy to book and rarely overrun. My dentist (Dr Nath) is very friendly and puts you at ease, explaining all procedures before undertaking them. Unlike my previous dentist he doesn’t give treatment unless it is necessary. The facilities are always clean: accessibility could be better with closer parking but it’s not really an issue for me. My children have seen other dentists at this practice and they have always been very good with children. I highly recommend Luton Arches Dental.

I have been going to this dentist for about 8 years and they have always been great. My children happily come to the dentist and the team are really good with the little ones. I am currently having treatment with Dr Nath to have my teeth straightened and would highly recommend his care

The dentists themselves are great but the blonde older lady on reception is awful and rude! Complete lack of communication on many occasions. Thankfully things got sorted by another receptionist.

Very poor customer service. A referral service was sent over to dental surgery for an emergency appointment today (Monday). No appointment was available over the weekend. I rang consistently before 9am, phone finally went through to surgery at 09:05am and I was told that apparently they did not receive referral from the 111 service. This was before she even checked the email, as later in the conversation she disclosed that she is just checking the email box. She then went on to inform me that even if they did receive the referral they would still not have given me an emergency appointment because I was not registered with the dental surgery- bearing in mind that 111 confirm that registration is not required to be seen as an emergency. She then bluntly told be that my only hope of being seen and pain free, is to register with their surgery and then maybe if a cancellation happens they may be able to fit me in! This receptionist was more interested in getting me registered with surgery than helping me be seen urgently so I could be assessed and pain free! 111 confirned that referral was made, so not only is the customer service poor but, admim staff is dishonest ! I strongly advice you stay away!
