    I went there once with my mother for a blood test, the nurse that looked Chinese was very rude; she was very impatient with my mum, she kept rolling her eyes and sighing, absolutely disgusting behaviour! The reception team was very moody and unfriendly too!

    I have supposed to be having a blood test A S A P GP's stopped doing it and the hospital has. So I am directed to the Arndale for a test and so I try the best way so telephone and book with receptionist. You cannot do this have an automatic service. Carry out the instructions and I am told you have an appointment and then given the date but the time 22 20 makes no sense. I do not want to turn up at the wrong time or make an appointment on the web and just not turn up the telephone appointment. There is no way you can actually speak to anyone to sort the matter out. Has anyone actually spoke to anybody to be able to cancel, change or evven confirm their appointment.

    Phone line is connected to dead yard. All day long you call there is not even a person to attend the call. Horrible reception I am trying for past three days to get through to them but Mr Electronic Answer Mechine always attend my call.
