I came for the validation facial and I was blown away. Satie calmly and helpfully explained all the products they were going to use, letting me smell each one. The room for the treatment was one of the nicest I had ever been in. Every sense is thought of, from the warm bed and duvet you lay in, to the curated sounds of the playlist, to the deep breaths of balm you inhale, and more. One of the best things about this experience was the consent involved. I felt very safe and at ease because of the clear explanations and knowing exactly what to expect. My therapist was Shelby who took amazing care of me. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns and put together the most amazing treatment. As the devoted spouse to a Lushie, I had to make the trek to the flagship store. I video called my wife in Canada while Trinity and Linda answered all our questions. They were the sweetest most amazing people. Make sure you find them when you get here. I picked up a bunch of the flagship and London exclusives. This store is incredible. 3 stories of everything Lush and then some. Flowers, coffee, a spa, what more could a person need.

Wonderful ambience inside the therapy room. Really liked that they keep the room super cold and tuck you under a duvet. The facial itself was very relaxing and invigorating all at the same time. I fell asleep (much as Lotte had warned me) under her expert touch and while listening to the soothing music. All in all, a fabulous experience!
