So helpful and honest! They listened to what I needed and put together the perfect product cocktail for me😍 They didn't immediately suggest the most expensive products and were honest about whether or not I actually needed something that I looked at (e.g. my hair's in a good condition and that the benefits of a hair mask don't completely apply to me but they could've easily convinced me to buy one). Walking into a store like Lush with luxurious products can be intimidating but I felt so comfortable. Definitely coming back when I need to top up!

I popped in for just 10 mins earlier today (about 11:30 for any management wishing to pass my comments on 👀👀👀) and my experience was great. The two ladies working at the time were incredibly friendly and helped me out by answering my questions, showing me the new range of products and just having quite a nice chat! I appreciated their help in helping me choose what I wanted and they popped in a little birthday present which was so so sweet of them. I love visiting Lush for the products but the kind staff always make my day ❤️

They were so understanding and offered to replace it for me, even though they didn't have to. Thank you again for being so helpful, means the world :) amazing amazing service!!!!!!
