I come here all the time! Last night me and my boyfriend went looking for the new Mario bath bomb and they ran out so we continued to look for something else, as we walked we were approached by a member of staff who have us two broken ones for free including the soaps and two of the soaps as well. We were given so much my bag actually got heavy! The time before that I was chatting to a member of staff saying I had a job interview and to wish me luck she have me a free rosy checks fave mask as an act of random kindness. All the staff here are amazing and it always cheers me up!

I had never been at Lush Victoria shop before and today, I had the best shopping experience ever there. I was looking for a specific hand cream for my daughter and asked Alin, the shop assistant for help. She was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. I then went to pay and the assistant there was also super friendly and gave me some samples to try with my purchase. I was extremely impressed by the staff in Lush Victoria today and hope the staff there will be praised for their amazing service.
