I was extremely impressed by the service I got at this store last Saturday! One of the staff members called Abi was really kind, friendly and helpful when I was enquiring about getting a gift for my partner and gave some really great advice on the products! I then was served at the till by a lady called Amy who was also really friendly, positive and gave great advice on any queries I had! As I left the store, Abi gave me a random act of kindness which was one of the bath bombs I was thinking of getting, which really brightened my day and made my experience even better! We enjoyed our experience every time we visit Lush. The people there are very welcoming and very generous. Today Abi gave us a wonderful Bath bombs workshop; my daughter and I have learned a lot about bath bombs, and we got two beautiful bath bombs. It was lovely to see Rosie; she is highly professional and gave us a lot of good information about suitable hair conditioners and lip balms. Visiting Lush is like going to Haven!
