Me and my friend popped in to have a browse and met the lovely girl Alyson who worked there. She made a full skincare routine for us based on our skin types and spent the time to demonstrate how they worked and the benefits. She was so sweet and it was a pleasure to get to meet her! She also used the massage balms on us which was heavenly and then gave us both a free goodie!! Will definitely be purchasing some of the products she recommended and hope to be served by her again!

Me and my boyfriend went for the world bath bomb day event where we could make a bath bomb for free. This was a great event where they showed us how to make the bath bomb and we got to keep it at the end. The staff member who did this event was very friendly, and as someone who is very anxious, she made me feel at ease. 100% recommend this event. I wish there was more experiences similar to this event.

I avoided lush for a long time due to the way staff will approach you, but my last few visits the people helping me have been really helpful. Yesterday I had Link helping me with the lush shampoos, which alone I would never have known what to choose. They showed great knowledge of the products and made it a really comfortable experience for me. Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to.

I popped into Lush to enquire about a party for my soon to be 5 year old daughter. The staff were able to provide me with all the information I needed and let me choose items for the party bags and gave me invites to hand out. They asked me what music the children would like (I said Disney which they had playing throughout the whole party) and they tailored the party for the age group so as well as making bath bombs they made potions using bath bombs, shower gels and bubble bars, had jelly races and made shapes using the moulding soaps. It was so much fun and the children loved it. Sophie was our Party host and she was absolutely brilliant and very patient. I’ve popped into the store since and she’s so knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend holding a party at lush, they take care of everything for you and it’s something a bit different for the children to enjoy.

I came in with my friend and my partner and we weren’t originally going to purchase however after being shown the new products in store, we decided to get some. Eloise was incredibly helpful when showing us the products in store and Sarah helped us so much, informing us about their recycling scheme as well. We weren’t rushed whatsoever and were allowed plenty of time to try and smell all of the products. Ellie was also amazing with us! These three are such a wonderful team and made our experience in lush amazing. Any recognition they can get from managers etc would be amazing as their customer service was 10/10.
