Kieran in your Paddington Store was so incredibly helpful and kind, from the friendly greeting when I arrived to explaining about the different conditioners and which ones may suit my hair type and why, they gave me some really good info and were very knowledgeable about the products, they even gave me some samples to try them out at home so I could decide which one I wanted to buy. Kieran helped me find my usual facial cleanser and put me in such good spirits I even treated myself to a new bubble bar, they truly made my day. This level of customer service and real kindness seems so rare in the retail industry now, they are a true gem!

Delightful staff at Lush Paddington. Super friendly and helpful. I hate waste and packaging and I was very impressed that Lush uses minimal packaging, recycles their pots and the scarf wraps for present are a fabulous idea too. I will be coming back. Loving the charity pots too! 👍
