i'm a huge lush fan but i am usually always so anxious to shop in the physical stores as i get overwhelmed, but the market street lush is quiet, small and so welcoming. i wanted to write a review just to say the biggest thanks in the world to alex who helped us today. alex you are the loveliest (and i really liked your darned jumper hehe!) i came in with my partner a little while ago today trying to find the perfect shampoo for him, and alex who helped us was so sweet. they ran us over several of the shampoos and gave us samples of a few my partner liked. they were so generous (: we're so excited to try these out and hopefully a step closer to winning the never ending battle with his hair, heheh! you made me feel so at ease and that is so well appreciated with how anxious i can be. thank you <3

Overstaffed, itās such a small and cozy store, however it is way too overstaffed. Thereās barely enough room to move around in the store. Staff also donāt leave you alone when you tell them you donāt need any help and pressure you into buying stuff that you donāt even want. Itās the same as Arndale, staff need to be retrained on body language and shouldnāt harass customers.

I was this morningās lucky first customer. I had only popped in for something small to cheer me up (was feeling pretty grumpy!). The staff were so friendly and generous - I was almost lost for words. So, having mulled it over for a couple of hours, I just wanted to give a warm thank you (this review seemed the best way to do it!). Itāll be a great Christmas thanks to you guys!
