Walked in while waiting for a delayed train. Small shop but well stocked. Smells amazing in there. Staff were bubbly and friendly. Asked me if I needed any help etc. I bought a few snow fairy items as that’s my fav lush scent. Rose jam shower gel smells amazing too and the products leave skin feeling so soft and clean. Worth the money.

A nice shop with a lot of options to buy cosmetics. It’s inside the Liverpool street station. Or shall I say the Liverpool street station in under it. The staff were very helpful and bubbly helped us select the best soaps and other cosmetics. The aroma in the shop is just amazing😇 I kept smelling soaps all the time I was there. This is the first time I have got something from Lush and the experience so far has been great.

I love Lush anyway, the staff here though are even more helpful and knowledgable (If thats possible!). Their customer service is as good as the lovely Lush products which is saying something! I was looking for items for goody bags for a yoga retreat I was about to run and a wonderful person on the team there came up with ideas and recommendations that I wouldn't have thought of myself. I had a great time there shopping for my mum and the customer service was fantastic, but I didn’t check one of the facial creams and it had already been used, of course this isn’t their fault but they should probably check on customers who are trying their product and possibly contaminating it.
