I came in hunting for a new shampoo bar to use as mine is almost all gone, after a few minutes of looking confused I was approached by I lovely lady who was so full of knowledge and helped me pick out the perfect bar! She also helped me pick out a treatment that compliments the shampoo and explained the ways I could use it to its full potential! I went away very happy and got exactly what I needed and more! Had a great experience with Amy today @ lakeside lush I had been in the shop a good ten minutes while a guy with long hair and another assistant were having a private joke between themselves so much so they couldn’t serve anyone ! Amy finished with her customer and came right over & helped me with the product I was looking for she also gave me a small tester pot of another product I wasn’t sure about, gave lots of helpful advice without being pushy, a great asset to the store ⭐️

My little boy loves going into Lush on a weekend and picking out a bath bomb for him bath that night. the staff are always lovely, but today a lady (I'm sorry that I didn't get her name) got down to his level and was patient with him while she helped him pick out his bath bomb, asking questions about what he liked and patiently waiting for him to respond. It made his day, and ours. Thank you very much

I’ve visited the shop on the 11th February with my 9yo son to enquire about shampoo bars. I was served by a young lady called Ella. I explained to her that I’d tried different brands, but none of them worked on my hair due to the fact that our tap water in Thurrock is very hard. Ella was very knowledgeable about the issue and spent a long time with us advising about the different options of shampoo bars available in the shop. She was very professional and courteous, always smiling, and replied to all the questions my son and myself had. Ella helped me to choose the right shampoo bar (I’ve washed my hair a few times and it works perfectly; this is why I’ve waited to give a review) and she even gifted my son with a Shower Jelly. We had a really lovely experience overall and we’ll be definitely going back to the shop. All the staff in Lakeside are very nice, but Ella went the extra mile for us.
