For my first visit, I found this Lush store quite cosy and staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Great customer service! I love their bath bombs, they always have a huge selection, I use to walk past a store and think the scent was too strong but Lush have worked their magic and its so inviting. Bought the Pumpkin bomb and Blackberry one too, smells absolutely divine. I also got a sample of the citrus body scrub too. Apparently if you return the used pot, you get 50p off yoir next purchase. I never knew this! Love the fact, products are not tested on animals and vegan friendly. Will visit again! Only wish it was a larger store!

Visited the store today while visiting from Scotland, what an experience! Spoke to one of the members of staff - apologies I have forgotten names - with facial tattoos and piercings about fragrance and perfume. Their enthusiasm, passion and incredible knowledge was second to none! I also want to praise the blonde haired lady that served me at tills, they kept the high standard of service flowing from when we entered right up until we left! Thank you Lush Harrogate! You are all superstars!
