    I was having a really bad day when i saw this branch of Lush i went in to buy a shampoo bar (which is fantastic) the staff were so welcoming and friendly we had a lovely chat and really genuine conversation.     liberty served me today and she was wonderful. just went to the store and said i wanted to buy something to treat myself and she was very patient showing me everything from cleansers and face masks and toners to body sprays. she sat me down and let me try a quite a few things and i decided to go for the moisturiser she showed me. she also gave me a couple testers and labelled some scent testers for me so i can go home and see how they smelled after they settled (which i’m very picky about). she was super kind and lovely!

    Today I had the pleasure of being served by Blessing, what a lovely experience that was, I went into lush not having a specific idea of what I needed, and she took the time to sit me down and go through products that she believed would fit the description of what I was looking for. She described every product wonderfully and tried them on as she went on to explain the ingredients, function and how to use them all whilst having a great friendly presence. As someone who works in service myself, I love coming across employees that really go above and beyond to help the client and you can always tell when someone is genuine. Great girl :)
