We've just had literally the time of our lives... More specifically my daughter just had her birthday party at Lush Bluewater with her friends and what a party it was! You see, when it comes to kids, there are parties and there are Lush parties. From the kindest and most understanding staff led by the commanding Jo, flanked by best wing player Emilia, to Kerry who booked us in, via Ainee for her generous bathbomb demos and other staff Lauren, Eloise and Charlotte to name the ones we met, all the way to the most entertaining programme of activities so far away from screen time. Getting our kids active in safe and engaging ways like no other, only Lush can deliver such a stellar performance. And did my daughter and her invitees like it, you ask? Well they loved every minute so much that after the great finale they walked the ground floor of Bluewater singing together so joyfully it made me both happy and proud of choosing Lush as the venue for our party. I can't say thank you enough for each and every angel working there! Highly recommend Lush Bluewater for kids' birthday parties.

Went into lush today looking for a body scrub. Was greeted by a young girl who kindly helped me going through the scrubs. 2 mins Later as I went to pick up the orange scented scrub to actually buy I opened it to smell it. The already opened ones sadly had no scent left to them. This didn’t entice me to buy the product nor was it a realistic scent to what I was buying. A middle aged white lady with short mid length hair with glasses came over and started harassing me about smelling the closed tubs. I told her like twice and she still carried in the saying the same thing. I found this soo rude! I have spent hundreds in lush and recommended lush to my family too. Usually it’s nice in there but wow she was horrible ! This was around 3pm today. Thanks “Karen “ for nothing! Swiftly Walked out!

My little boy got invited to Lush's sensory workshop. We were welcomed with open arms from all the staff and there were many sensory stations to choose from. We managed to get my little boy to make a bath bar but then he became a bit overwhelmed. The staff were so lovely and even had a quiet corner in the back of the shop with sensory toys and chairs. Our little boy immediately calmed down and loved the quiet area. There was no rush from the staff as it got to the end of the session either so we could ease our little boy out of the shop in his own time. Highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Must admit I love Lush products, the bath bombs especially, love the smell and the oils, other products come close but Lush are the best. When I was doing the Camino walk and could only carry hand luggage so their soaps and shampoo bars were invaluable.
