Used the secure dog field a couple of times whilst on holiday. Would highly recommend! Very reasonably priced and there's staff there to help if needed. Stuart was amazing and even managed to help us out with a situation we were having with another boarding kennel. Would definitely be using again if I'm ever back in the area!

I tried to volunteer at this rescue around Aug 2021. Submitted a form via their website as instructed and I did receive a call from the Volunteer Liason Manager requesting a video interview. However on the planned date, I heard nothing from them. A bit of back and forth via emails and interviews were rescheduled, but I still did not hear from them on the planned dates. It was nearing Christmas and so I assumed they were too busy or did not need volunteers at the time. I submitted another volunteer application in Jan 2022 and went through the same thing. Emails back and forth with the Volunteer Liason Manager and telephone interview scheduled and rescheduled. Meanwhile their Facebook page is still asking for volunteers, but I found it really hard to get further with my application. Anyway I have given up as I am moving far away and would not be able to commit to a volunteering role. It's a real shame and I hope that they will be more responsive to future volunteers.

cancelled my session twice, after the first one said they would be in touch but weren't so i had to chase them, then when rebooked it was cancelled again. emailed multiple times and got no reply- also the number listed for them on google is a premium rate line so i had to pay £30 for my initial chat anyway.
