I found Luna connections when looking for some one to install some ubiquity wireless access points and some cctv cameras to my home. Start to finish was great customer service. I spoke to the engineer many of times on the phone and he answered all my questions. Installation was efficient and well done leaving the house looking the same as it was. Overall me and my partner are very happy with all the work that has been done and I would 100percent recommend to any one.

I have had a problem with my Ubiquity internet system which I was unable to solve and was struggling to find anybody who was prepared to help. Eventually found Luna and they have been fantastic. They were polite/helpful and arranged for an engineer to come on site straight away. The engineer was excellent - polite, friendly and clearly he understood the system . He was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly - the system is now up and running again. He also provided clear explanations and advice. The change out rate was very competitive and excellent value for money. I recommend them and would use them again. My thanks to the team at Luna
