I am thinking of replacing my light fittings and saw these reviews. I remember purchasing 3 light fitting from the Southbury Road site approximately 25 years ago. I can remember that they didn’t give me back the right change. When I retired to the shop to complain, the owner shouted at me and was very rude. Before purchasing, I remember him saying he was cheaper that local places. Needless to say, I have never purchased from them again. Things have not changed much over the years.

Great service from Pierre and Lukas. They really care about helping you. Wide selection of lighting, we bought all the lighting for our home just over 2 years ago and had an issue with our bathroom light today and they provided us with a free replacement and are extremely generous. All the negative reviews I have read on here are a complete misrepresentation and we should be supporting family led businesses. Merci beaucoup Pierre et Lukas!

The older man was so rude and patronising! He told many lies such as “we have the longest warranty anywhere”... no you don’t. John Lewis do 5 years where as you do 3. Avoid buying from this crook! Over priced products that apparently have lots of big savings... all lies!
