Lumi bridal is a boutique not to be missed for any bride in search of 'the one!'. When entering the boutique I was struck by how beautiful the place is, made even better by Helen and her amazing selection of dresses. She really took her time to understand what my ideal wedding dress would be and we selected a few different styles (which may I add is very hard as every dress is beautiful!). Once I started trying on dresses, Helen recognised what styles I was gravitating towards and suggested others based on how I felt in the dress and how I wanted to feel on the day. I honestly believed that I wouldn't have the moment that everyone talks about when choosing their dress however I truly believe that Helen made that moment come true for me because of the experience I had in the boutique. I found my dress that made me feel confident and excited to be a bride! (And my mum and bridesmaids loved to he whole experience too!)

Helen goes above and beyond for you, makes you feel so special and really listens to your needs as well as providing good advice for your body shape. I was blown away with the quality and design of the dresses. They are stunning! You have the place to yourself while your there too which made the whole experience tailored and extra special. Wholeheartedly recommend. This is the third bridal store we went to and the first outside the city we live in and the experience was a cut above at the other stores. Helen really took the time to know exactly what the bride was looking for and gave a really bespoke experience (with a glass of prosecco for good measure). The selection isn't ginormous but captures an excellent range of cuts and styles and all of top quality material and contemporary designs and even if you don't find the one Helen really takes the time to help you find what you're really looking for. The location is in a beautiful building and the upstairs room for trying dresses is really private and very tasteful. This really should be a first choice stop for brides (it would've spared headache/slight disappointment from visiting multiple dress shops where the consultant is less knowledgeable/personalised). The store was only opened a few months ago but the experience was better than super long established ones. Keep up the good work!
