    I’ve been shopping in Lululemon for the last 7years. My boyfriend is being shopping for the last 11-12 years. As a trainers we have recommended countless friends and clients to the brand! Today was the worst experience we ever had in the store on Regent Street London. My boyfriend wanted to buy a shirt which i wanted , but i was embarrassed to purchase it and because we both have sweat collective i said to him to purchase it in my behalf. The problem was that he has forgotten to renew his sweat collective when we were asked a year ago. Obviously they refused to give the discount. Then we said can i pay for it and the manager got really personal and said “ Because i know he wanted to purchase it I won’t let you.” Then i was so embarrassed and said what if that’s for me (which it was in a first place the truth) she denied. I got even more embarrassed and wanted to walk from the situation . My boyfriend was lived and he couldn’t believe how much things have changed in terms in service in Lululemon. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND/OR RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO OUR CLIENTS OR FRIENDS!!!! P.S. And to add to it i wanted to purchase 5 other items. I just when home and noticed that one of the items i brought to the till wasn’t in my bag and looked at my receipt and realized she didn’t even scan it. In all the embarrassment I experienced didn’t check my bag! This has happened on 20/05/2023

    A lot of Chinese workers. I wanted to have an item exchange for smaller size. Because I didn’t bring the receipt with me. A Chinese girl said she couldn’t exchange for me then I told her I already checked with another staff it’s ok to exchange. Then she just changed it?! Why was she lying in the beginning. It’s my worst experience shopping at lululemon for sure.

    Really mixed experience here. The changing room staff were really lovely, very welcoming and encouraged me to take my time. But the tills were busy, and stressy and the apparent ‘manager’ (young guy with a dark brown step haircut) was avoiding eye contact with anyone and everyone who wanted to speak to him. Yet to test quality of the products!
