Took my daughter here on Saturday and it exceeded all expectations. All the ladies that worked there were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. They gave great advice and helped my daughter pick the perfect dress which we actually got to take away on the day as we'd come so far. Absolutely amazing experience and top quality dresses in every colour and style, would highly recommend!

Despite making an appointment and being well with in our allocated time slot, no one really directed or advised us and we were left to it, the changing room got extremely busy, somehow turning into a free for all, with two sales staff seeing to one girl at one point, my daughter become so uncomfortable she wanted to leave, I must say a sale was missed here, due to lack of awareness and consideration. We had travelled from about 45 minutes away, on the journey home my daughter was holding back her tears because of how it made her feel, not the experience we anticipated and was advertised on website. I will not be recommending. Whats more concerning is reading the replies on here from the owner to negative reviews. Definitely not a way to run a business.

Our appointment at Luna Prom was our second prom dress shop we had visited in a fortnight. We were met with really helpful staff who walked us around the dresses, paid attention to what my daughter wanted in her prom dress and the colours she would be drawn too. From my daughter's point of view there was an excellent variety of dresses, the layout put you at ease, she was able to choose a handful of dresses and the first dress she tried on we fell in love and it was the one. The thought in the little details such as having healed shoes already to try on with dresses was great.Make this your prom dress shop, you will have a great experience.

After spending many hours here today looking for my twins prom dresses I can honestly say how honest and helpful the team was.Nothing was ever to much for them.Even after nearly 2 hours still gave there honest opinion of what looked best.
