Paid for a gold service but so many parts were missed I re cleaned it myself. 2 large patches on the paint that had been missed (a good 3 inch square) by both the wash and dry team. Only went there over an auto wash as I thought no parts would be missed. Will save my money next time and either do the auto wash or take it to a detailer and pay an extra £15 and have it done right. Paid for an inside/out. Just a standard service. The staff here are lazy and incompetent. Seems like they don’t have a clue how to vacuum or wash cars at all. Had to finish the job myself at home. Guy with the grey hair and cap in reception tried charging me £26. Said I had a gold service. They didn’t even touch the inside of it. Dust on the dashboard, handles etc. car mats were vacuumed but not the carpets underneath the mats. I’d avoid this place. Got told not to come back as I pointed out places they missed. Will not be coming back again anyway. Would give 0 stars if possible. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

If your car is an older model don't expect this surly outfit to spend much time cleaning it well. The cost has doubled for a basic blue wash to £13.99. If you have a new Merc or Beamer the work looks good.

Paid for gold package. Was out the car for literally less than 5 minutes. Looks like all they did was hoover if that… shocking and won’t be going back. Would have confronted employees but as a single woman with her young child and elderly mother felt uncomfortable as so many male workers.
