Ridiculous pricing, unless your item is of a high value, it's not worth to use their lost luggage or confiscated item storage services. It seems they are trying to make all the money on desperate people trying to get their belongings back.

Confiscated a small tool from me at Edinburgh airport in January, took ages to get in touch, charged £36 to ship it (likely cost them about £3), I paid for it as it held sentimental value and then proceeded to lose it. Now haven't got a reply from them. Disgraceful service & any airport should avoid using them/ being associated with them.

Mistakenly left a small bag in the airport. Very fortunately some honest person found it and handed it in to this company. An hour later I realised my mistake and started calling airport shops to try and track my bag down. Meanwhile luggage-point found my contact number inside the bag and called to say they had it and I could collect. I was then charged £25 for a supposed administration charge. So basically I had to buy my own bag back from them when all they done was sit it on a shelf and call me to tell me. I would have much rathered the money went to the honest person who found it. At least they were deserving of it.

Took makeup off me at security and stated they would leave it at luggage point shop. This didn’t happen and very smug man in shop told me to have it posted. Quoted £23.40 to send it back. Absolute scam.

I waited a week+ for a luggage to depart from airport. Phone not responding, email no reply. Prices for DHL are insanely high. Use only if you have absolutely no other choice

BEWARE: LUGGAGE POINT STOLEN GOODS ALERT I have filed a police report detailing Luggage Point stealing my expensive sporting equipment. Travelling on the 10th of July, my sons had their new cricket bats (GBP140 each) in hand luggage. Given the chaos at the airport we had no time to check them at security when told they could not travel. We were handed tags with a code for each. I completed 2 separate online forms with request for shipping and storing quotes, and including my contact details. I called 6 times in the next few weeks and was unable to connect. No response to my online forms (submitted twice, too). Once I reached them via phone, i was told the goods were disposed of after 30 days, no record was kept, no further information provided, and no acknowledgment the sporting items were ever in their possession. I still have the tags. WHAT IS THIS SERVICE????
