Luggage point Birmingham Airport wrapped my suitcase for £13.50 (bronze price), lady at the shop was lovely. Luggage point Glasgow airport 3 days later - £17 (silver price) when I questioned why it was not £13.50 - which is clearly displayed on their price list behind the cash desk. I was abruptly told they only did that during covid and its £17 now? I had no choice due to a damaged suitcase than to pay, as I had a flight to catch. The £13.50 price was clearly advertised, with no indication that it was no longer available etc. Whilst £13.50 is ridiculously expensive for some shrink wrap - I feel incredibly ripped off at another £4.50 on top post covid!!

Tried to call them regarding a package taken by security at Birmingham, after you go through the 'press 1 bla bla' the phone rings for 1 minute and then goes to engaged. I've tried 8 times in the past 30 minutes, same every time. Useless.

Digital code locks are very hard to use and ones I bought were faulty. No response from customers service. Staff (also manager)seem incompetent in providing any type of advice or assistance. I don't believe there is a returns policy. Complete shambles and waste of my time and money. Delayed me at the airport prior to my departure flight.

It seems like this company doesn't even exist. I have been trying to ask for a confiscated item at the airport and it's impossible to get in touch with them. Emails are useless and calls are almost never answered. When someone finally answered the call, I was naïve enough to believe that they would call me back "in a few minutes". And it's not like you have the option to use the company's service, because the airport will send your items to them no matter what and basically forces you to use their service. I'd say "not recommended" in this review, but maybe your situation is like mine and you are basically stuck with them.
