Great service, the suitcases arrived in their destination intact. They were just a day late with picking up my stuff, and I had to contact them in order to find out more. So if you're in a rush, probably give it a day or two extra to make sure everything will arrive in time. Still, very helpful and cheap prices !

Recently sent a parcel to Portugal, although everything was going well and I understood that now with Brexit we have to fill in a bunch of new papers. I still had issues with the customs and had to pay extra to send Gifts to my family. Even though I sent the documents as requested to Luggage Mule first and no one contacted me back to say I would probably have to pay more or anything. I also requested the delivery to happen on the 25th and only got delivered on the 29th.
