Shocking customer service, fed misinformation every time I tried to re book Flights that Lufthansa Said I could not take due to the German law change accepting British nationals into the country in late December 2021. Be warned, poor service, now £350 out of pocket. Look for a Another airline next time you fly. Makes Ryanair customer service look 5 Star. I will not be choosing them again.

Lufthansa performs considerably worse than Ryanair or any other budget airline. Disorganised understaffed check-in at BHX. Flights ALWAYS late. Aweful connecting airport (Frankfurt). Save your money and take a budget airline, they perform much better
