Both my children attended this school and both ended up loving it. From her first day my daughter had a really positive and enjoyable few years of education here with some very favourable exam results. My son, who has a number of mental health issues and finds it difficult to engage with people, got off to a more shaky start. However with patience and the right type of help and encouragement he also managed to have some positive learning experiences and developed more confidence. The teachers were mostly firm but fair with good discipline if required, and a sense of humour, all of which is a must when working with children. The equipment was of a generally high standard and although old, the buildings were all well kept. Having a uniform in pleasant colours ensured all the pupils looked smart.
