    If i could put no stars i would. This post office is a disgrace i turned up 1530 to send of some certificates -12 in total. I went to the Ludgershall Branch today at 1538 to post certificates and asked if they could be sent 1st Class with proof of postage - the guys said only stamps and no proof of postage, when i ask him why i cant get proof of postage (I was expecting something like you cant get that with stamps only) what i got as a reason was "it will take to long"- What a lazy attitude - I was only asking for them to do their basic job nothing more nothing less. Thankfully I was rescued by the post office in Tidworth - with no complaints - it took 6 mins and 31 secs to sort them out.     So I arrived at 16.23 on today Friday as I work until 16.00. The lady was locking up the front door despite everywhere saying they are open until 17.00. When I said I thought you were open till 17.00 she proceeded to finish locking the door and walked away. This place is always closing well before time it’s unacceptable and will be reporting to the relevant people

    The RUDEST Indian man in this post office come rip off shop. Never will I frequent this place again, I'd rather travel 12 mile round trip to go to another post office. The post office should really look at who they employ to be the face of a village post office. Don't expect good customer service from here. Disgusting
