I love Lucy's Dancercise classes and look forward to doing them twice a week. There's enough variety in the classes to make it interesting but without making too many changes at a time so my brain can keep up with my legs and arms! Lucy is encouraging and seems to know when the class needs some gentle encouragement to keep going. I always feel like I've had a good workout and used a range of muscles.

I have really benefitted from joining in with Lucy's classes. Doing them twice a week has motivated me to keep doing exercise on other days of the week too. The classes are good fun and friendly. Lucy is a great teacher and her enthusiasm and motivation is infectious! She adapts the class to suit everyone, those that want a really good workout and those that want or need to take things more gently .
