I lived in a Lucy Properties flat for one year. The flat had excellent furnishings and appliances, and the team was always very responsive, quick, and accommodating whenever any issue arose. Once, I emailed to mention that it might be nice if there were some lights in the shared garden (where we lock up our bikes), and in no time some lights were installed! Our dealings with Lucy Properties was very brief... We contacted them looking for a property to rent. We received an email initially from Rachel asking for more information on our criteria. After numerous calls to the office that went unanswered we sent an email which was never responded to. This is concerning as if we had a property, and needed to contact them in an emergency, we wouldn't have been able to.
