I visited with a large group from work. The staff were friendly. The cocktails were pretty bad. The karaoke rooms had air con, which was good. Multiple buttons on the karaoke machine were broken and didn't work. The microphones were pretty bad and didn't amplify anyones voices much at all. I expected better.

While the karaoke room itself was very nice there was only six of us and the room become very hot very quickly. There was a AC but it was not very good and it seemed like it was for display rather then serve a actual purpose. There choice in music is fairly modern with a nice combination of up to date and classic music. The bar outside smelt really bad but when it became a bit quieter the smell seemed to disappear… Staff where very friendly and helpful and the drinks come very quickly when you order them to the karaoke room. Cocktails were nicely priced and a fairly good deal and tasted great.

Been twice and relatively good experiences. Song choice is decent, food and drink came quick. On the downside, the mics sometimes don't work that well and you only get 2 no matter what your group size is - more would be better. This is located in a basement floor but there's no lift so accessibility is probably an issue. Cost wise £28pp for two hours feels quite expensive when you throw a few drinks on top of that, but not sure how it compares to other kareoke places in London.

TL, DR: Not impressed. We had a pregnant woman in the group and asked if she could pay a different amount as she wasn’t drinking alcohol but they said it’s impossible and they can only split the bill by equal amounts. It seemed a lot but we paid 5 ways anyways and we asked if we could get a copy of the bill to sort out what we owed our friend. They initially refused to get us a copy, we had to insist, and they eventually came back with a copy of the bill and said we got £18.50 back on each card for being overcharged, but no apology for the £100 mistake… they didn’t even say that they made a mistake 🙄
