I was here midweek, and what a difference to me being sat here today!! Waited so long for toast no cutlery, no marmalades that I had asked for. Then, I asked for another 2 slices as its eat as much as you like.. only if you're prepared to go to the back of the queue and wait 30 minutes for your next slice. Everyone around cancelling orders and complaining, too. very disappointing indeed
