Took a cab into work this morning and was told and approximate price, when i arrived at said destination the price was a bit less. Then i was told the price was fixed by the taxi driver and he wouldn’t have no for an answer even though I even asked the person quoting me the price was an approximation originally. Just out to take more money than they are supposed to earn. 1/5. Service: Limousines

I booked cabs on app. Had to cancel two attempts as app identified my location in the wrong place and I had to put in an alternative address. Third booking arrived but was a van not the car I had ordered and it was 15 mins late. The cab I’d ordered for 11.30pm that evening simply did not arrive despite the office saying they would chase and call me back about it. They didn’t and I had to cancel. Thankfully I found a nearby Uber. NOW I have been charged for the two cancelled journeys and for one cab which did not arrive. In excess of £50. It’s Sunday so they’ve got my money and there is no one to speak to. I can only find an accounts email for their coach division. Absolutely appalling service.

Tried to charge us £10 extra to pick up some one on the way through to the journey on route we was going , then we said would ring lucketts up he said oh it’s ok i won’t charge you won’t spoil night , the job was wedsneday night barnhurst path to Hemel paid £50 there and back ,won’t never use lucketts again incase I got this chancer again not right
