Unfortunately so far a terrible experience with Lucas. Ordered in December 2022, was due end of March, started chasing as no communication. 3rd time lucky we manage to speak to the salesperson who said no messages had been passed on with regards to us chasing. When the abrupt receptionist later told us that all messages do. The delay was only informed to us once we had to call as the sofa was due. The lack of communication continued, won't bore you with the details (a lot of excuses) but week 19 (was due 12-14wks) and still no sofa. Emails ignored, dates not confirmed re delivery, apparently cushions still not ready. We sold our current sofa weeks ago as was promised delivery. Being ignored and not communicated to along with some abrupt conversations with a receptionist could all have been avoided. Our parents are long term customers and they came highly recommended so they are equally as disappointed. Hoping week 20 will be the week we finally receive our sofa and potentially get some form of decent customer service.
