AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don’t be fooled by the fancy cars/ house. We bought a Porsche from Steven in good faith and within the first week noticed faults with the car. He constantly dismissed our concerns and blamed it on the mileage/age of the car & the cold December weather (despite it being only 4 years from new). We took the car to his workshop on many occasions and despite our complaints of creaks coming from the car, we was told that this was normal for Cayennes of this age and to continue driving the car as normal. His technician apparently “lubed up” the underbody yet the creaks were still prevalent. I decided to get a second opinion, so took it to a Porsche centre. They were flabbergasted as soon as they sat in the car from the noise. We then went to our finance company to complain about this. They arranged an independent report, who found that the faults were present prior to the sale of our car and we was prepared to reject the car as we reported the faults within 30 days . The matter didn’t end there! He rejected the report despite the finance company advising our position. This went on for a gruelling 3-4 months and eventually, after contacting the Financial ombudsman the car was collected and we got our money back. A massive lesson learnt, always buy from a Main Dealer - we have now purchased one from a Porsche centre, 2 years warranty and the drive of the car is a light&day difference to the one he sold!

I purchased a Tesla Model X from Steven back in November following some extensive research on the company and looking at their Google reviews. I found Steven and LTV extremely easy to get on with, there was no pressure for the sale and my questions were answered in a timely manner. I bought the car unseen and upon delivery I reported a few issues with the vehicle to Steven and he agreed to cover the associated costs which in honored through to the end. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable and I appreciated the fact they covered the costs of the repairs without question. Would highly recommend!

Bought a Range Rover Evoque from LTV last weekend.Car was in absolute A1 condition as we're all the other cars that were there.From Start to finish Steven made the sale & part exchange of my old car so easy.It was great when Steven told me to not come up until the day the car was ready as I am from Hertfordshire.Just paid the deposit & if i did not like it he would refund the deposit.Car was Superb just like he said.I will definatly use LTV again.

These guys have got selling cars honed to a fine art, I made contact with Steve after an Audi Q7 he had advertised ticked all of the boxes on my wish list and i must say his customer service skills are second to none. All of my questions were answered truthfully without any pushy sales techniques being applied. I decided to buy the car and when i went to collect it i was very impressed with the way it was presented, the car is spotless inside and out which is testament to the team at LTV who are a credit to the business. Dealing with Steve during these difficult times. Professional affable and assuring. Secured a Mercedes E350 AMG sport and part ex my ML and S Type Jag. Perhaps I could have got more selling my cars individually but my circumstances at this time are complicated and there was genuine empathy from Steve. So a double part ex ( not the norm) and hope to pick my new one up by Friday paperwork permitting. I will be back within 12 months to buy an XJ Portfolio and meantime I post this review as an indication of the unparalleled experience from this dealer. Unique 😎

10/10 experience, simple and straightforward transaction and car was ready to drive away on the same day. Impressive range of cars on display and it's clear that this company only deals with specific vehicles. No flannel, no pressure, this for me is how car sales should be.
