We engaged these guys to help us with our EN14065 laundry accreditation last year. Due to the ongoing pandemic, things were put on hold and only recently after reopening were we able to get started with the process once again. Unfortunately they have turned out not to be the company we thought they were. They have charged us £14,000 for a revamped manual and a few on site meetings which I’ve since learnt is just a rip off. They have been both unprofessional and somewhat rude and abusive when asked to move a meeting and having spoken to other similar companies I now know we have been grossly overcharged for the services we have received. They have been totally oblivious to the stresses and challenges we have gone through over the last 18 months and although admittedly we were slightly late in paying, they have shown little compassion or understanding. It’s somewhat telling when the only other review on here is from one of the 2 Directors of the company (Steve Anderton) and something I should have picked up on earlier. Very very very disappointing. .
